Snapshot Gallery is the ultimate selfie studio and it’s just opened its doors in Penrith. If you love a good photo opp, then read on to see what’s on offer.
The tribe had a ball when we recently visited the newly opened selfie studio, Snapshot Gallery. There was so much to look at that we had to slow the kids down and point them in the right direction so they had their photos taken in all of the different galleries on offer. We had an hour for our session and luckily we had the whole place to ourselves so we could cut loose and be a little silly.
Galleries
There were 25 different galleries set up to take many fun and silly photos, videos, boomerangs and slo mo videos. There was everything from a giant Barbie box, to neon lights, the Central Perk cafe from Friends and the Love Tester machine from The Simpsons. The kids loved every single room and at one point we even had one kid in one room and the other kid in another posing happily and calling us to take their photos.
There was over 2kg of confetti in this room. We went to this room last and lucky we did because the kids were covered in confetti all the way home.

You can actually hire Shapshot Gallery as a venue for a private function! They offer kid’s party packages, hens night packages, food and drink packages and more! If you’re looking for an event with a difference, this is a fun way to enjoy time with friends. There are change rooms available at Snapshot Gallery, so you can bring a couple of different outfits or costumes and mix up your look! There is a phone stand and ring light inside the gallery so you can set up the timer and make sure everyone is in the photo.
