Little pirates can join the crew of the Polly Woodside and take part in special activities on Pirate Sunday. The tribe can join in with a treasure hunt on deck, and then they can be real pirates and scrub the deck, ring the ship’s bell, play pirate games and participate in arts and crafts.
You an also learn the history of the Polly Woodside and hear about its real adventures sailing the seven seas in the late 1800s.
The National Trust also offers other great activities on the Polly Woodside including birthday parties and even weddings!
Pirate Sunday happens on the first Sunday of every month so gather your scallywags up and bring them to the Polly Woodside for some real pirate fun.
