Water play
Part of Governor Phillip Park is a fantastic water play area. The tribe can turn the water jets on with a push of a button and there is plenty of natural rock seats around the water play area for parents to sit nearby, ready and waiting with a towel.
The water play space is overlooked by the climbing fort and surrounded by different play equipment for all ages including the web swing and a round-a-bout. There is so much to do in this fun playground, the kids can spend hours and not get bored.
Fully fenced with picnic shelters
One of the things we love most about this park is it is the perfect spot for a party or a get-together. There is plenty of parking and there are ample picnic shelters scattered around the area. There is a nearby public toilet and the playground itself is fully fenced for security. You can bring a picnic rug and camp out under nearby shady trees while the kids play.
This beautiful park has the right mix of nature play, water fun, equipment for all ages and abilities and safety. If you are looking for a place to spend a few hours, pack your swimmers and picnic rug and head to Windsor for some fun by the river.
