With school holidays in full swing you might now be looking to fill the days with something different. Well, good news Mum, we’ve the lowdown on the coolest activity around… The 3D Printing Workshop in Sydney and Wollongong.
This fun, full-day experience is designed for kids and parents to attend together and is suitable for children aged six and up. Don’t panic if you’re not all ‘tech-savvy and cool‘ Mum (or Dad!) as you’ll be guided step-by-step to learn everything about, 3D printing, creating 3D art and it’s endless possibilities.

Not only will you learn exactly what 3D printing is, you’ll work together ‘on the tools’ to design something and you’ll even actually print it and take it home.
3D Printing Workshop format and price
The unique format of this activity means you and your child participate as a team. There’s currently a special that means it’s only $140 total for the two of you – that’s a saving of $260!
Additional children can attend for $50 per head. The event runs for a full day.
What age is this suitable for?
The 3D Printing Workshop is suitable for children six years and over. Basic ability to browse the internet is required. No advanced tech knowledge (for parents or kids!) is necessary.
What else do we need to know about the 3D Printing Workshop?
Well, other than that it’s the coolest thing to learn about these holidays (and will be rolled out in schools in 2018!) you do need to supply your own laptop for this workshop. Lunch is included.
