BRICKS 4 KIDS workshops
If your tribe loves to build then you won’t want to miss the BRICKS 4 KIDZ school holiday workshops! There are lots of different workshops to choose from including Space Adventures, Robotics, Amusement Park Mayhem and more! The kids are encouraged to build specially designed BRICKS 4 KIDZ models, play LEGO games and they have plenty of free time for play as well.

Alex and Luke’s Make Your Parents Disappear
If you watched Australia’s Got Talent you might recognise super talented and super funny magicians, Alex and Luke! Alex and Luke have brought this hilarious show to Melbourne for the school holidays. They go to magic school where they spend their days learning marvellous magic instead of boring long division. But as cool as magic school is – they can’t escape the one thing kids hate most… homework! Alex and Luke need your help to put an end to homework forever… by making parents disappear! This fantastic show is a must see with the tribe.

Ride the Python Slide at PARC
The highly anticipated opening of the new Python slide at PARC is finally here! This is no ordinary waterslide – the Python features hi-tech sound and light features making a ride an interactive experience! And to celebrate the opening of the slide, PARC is celebrating with a jungle theme! There will be Snakebusters reptile handling shows meaning the kids can get hands on with a real snake or two, jungle face painting and an Amazonian photo booth on selected days.

The (Very) Big Laugh Out
This is a show you will want to take the tribe along to! The (Very) Big Laugh Out brings some of the world’s best acrobatic and comedic street performers to the stage at Federation Square across the school holidays. Performers come from USA, Japan and Argentina and bring with them comedy, clowning, circus and acrobatics to thrill the tribe! The weekend shows are 90 minutes and there are also mid-week shows that go for 45 minutes. There’s something to entertain everyone in the tribe with these brilliant performances!

NGV Kids Create
This program is free for members of the NGV, where kids are free to make art and socialise with interactive activities to suit all ages. The tribe can get hands on and create their own photographic collages. This program has been very popular so be sure to book to secure your spot! Parental supervision is a must for this program.

Visit the Zoo
Zoos Victoria love encouraging tribes to come and visit during the school holidays, so much so that entry for the kids is free during the school holiday period! Take the tribe to Werribee Open Range Zoo for a free safari tour on the safari bus out in the grasslands, or visit the Wild Sea exhibit at Melbourne Zoo to see the loveable penguins and seals at play! Or check out the Australian wildlife at the Healesville Sanctuary where you can get up close to some of our most adored native animals.

Super Amazing Giant Girl
This fantastic show ticks all of the boxes! It’s packed with comedy, circus skills, fun and a super important message – that even if you’re different, it’s not a bad thing… it’s what makes you super amazing! Anna Lumb brings this fabulous show to Melbourne for one day only and tickets are selling fast! And when the show is finished, five lucky audience members will have the chance to win a prize so fantastic – they get to go back stage and meet Anna herself and ask her anything they want! Pokemon Creation Station Workshop
Do you have a die hard Pokemon fan in your tribe? Do yourself a favour and take the kids to this free and totally fun workshop at the Australian Centre for Moving Image. Kids will get to create their own 3D Pokemon creature with Cubecraft paper based sculptures, learn how to make monster masks and turn themselves into a Pikachu! There’s lots of drop-in activities daily so be sure to spend some time at ACMI for guaranteed holiday fun!

Golden Garden Season at Blue Lotus Water Garden
This is the first ever Golden Garden Season hosted by the Blue Lotus Water Garden and just in time to celebrate Easter! There is story time with the Lotus Fairy Queen in the Fairy Garden where you will find lots of magical things like giant toadstools and cubby houses for the tribe to explore. The kids can also get their face painted, feed the giant fish and participate in games throughout the day. And on Easter Saturday and Sunday, come along for an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden and your chance to meet the Easter Bunny.

Lights by DreamWorks Exhibition
This fantastic exhibition is a walk through experience that will delight everyone from the youngest to the oldest members of your tribe! Large lanterns of DreamWorks most famous characters including Shrek and Kung-Fu Panda’s Po will appear along the foreshore in Rosebud with multiple viewing sessions throughout the day. There are also characters from your fave DreamWorks movies roaming around looking for photo ops with the tribe, as well as kids rides and an animatronic dragon which will take your breath away!
